    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.32.32/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Watertown, SD. &nbsp;In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. This role bridges product design and manufacturing, ensuring products are manufacturable, reliable, and meet quality standards.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes for new and existing products</li><li>Conduct DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) analysis to improve product manufacturability</li><li>Implement process flow, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency, yield, and throughput</li><li>Provide day-to-day support for manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting equipment and process issues&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with quality, production, and maintenance teams to resolve production problems</li><li>Perform root cause analysis for defects, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence</li><li>Support New Product Development by providing manufacturability input during design and prototyping</li><li>Develop process plans, tooling requirements, and production validation for new products</li><li>Conduct pilot builds and optimize production readiness before full-scale launch</li><li>Implement lean manufacturing principles, Kaizen events, and cost-reduction initiatives</li><li>Maintain metrics for production efficiency, yield, and quality improvements</li><li>Recommend and implement automation or technology upgrades where appropriate</li><li>Work closely with design engineers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and production</li><li>Maintain and update technical documentation including SOPs, BOMs, and work instructions</li><li>Assist in training production staff on new processes and equipment</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline&nbsp;</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment</li><li>Experience with CAD/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and process simulation tools</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying shop conditions (heat, dust, noise)</li><li>Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong attention to detail and documentation skills</li><li>Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA and tolerance analysis</li><li>Familiarity with prototype development and pilot production</li><li>Ability to provide design-for-manufacturability feedback to design engineers</li><li>New Equipment &amp;process research, ROI&rsquo;s, implementation Procedures &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Pivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. &nbsp; The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. &nbsp; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
