          "text": "<p>The Back Server (Busser) must possess a strong sense of urgency, organization, and situational awareness, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; they should know proper table settings, course progression, and stemware, communicate clearly with the service team, and maintain a discreet, polished presence in the dining room.</p><ul><li>3+ years experience in serving at restaurants (casual) <u>OR</u> 2+ years experience as a back waiter in a Forbes 5-star or Michelin restaurants</li><li>Ability to work full-time (30-35 hours per week) and&#xa0;late nights, weekends, and holidays&#xa0;</li><li>Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English</li><li>Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are essential</li><li>Valid Food Handler’s Card</li><li>Clear and calm verbal communication</li><li>Solution-oriented,&#xa0;skilled at proactively identifying service challenges&#xa0;and supporting servers to ensure flawless fine dining experiences</li><li>Ability to work quickly in a high-paced, physically and mentally demanding environment</li></ul><p>Pay Rate: $19.50 - $22.00 an hour.
