          "text": "<p>We’re&#xa0;looking for a&#xa0;Partnerships&#xa0;Coordinator&#xa0;to support&#xa0;partnerships&#xa0;in one of the fastest growing and most exciting apparel brands around! You will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of&#xa0;initiatives across product&#xa0;seeding, events, and affiliate marketing. This&#xa0;is a highly execution-focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work closely with talent, influencers, and brand partners.&#xa0;Responsibilities include managing product orders,&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;databases and reporting, and supporting budget tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills, trend awareness, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure&#xa0;timely&#xa0;delivery, brand alignment, and achievement of influencer KPIs.&#xa0;This role will be based at our HQ in Carlsbad and will eventually require presence in Los Angeles as well.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What&#xa0;you’ll&#xa0;get to do:&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Support product ordering and inventory coordination for partnerships&#xa0;(influencer, sports,&#xa0;etc.), events, and seeding initiatives&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Conduct research on relevant&#xa0;influencer&#xa0;partners, cultural trends, and brand alignment opportunities&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Assist&#xa0;with day-to-day operations of the seeding house, including managing product requests, tracking inventory, and coordinating shipments&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Execute product seeding and gifting for partners, ensuring accuracy and&#xa0;timely&#xa0;delivery&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain and update trackers for product requests, shipments, inventory usage, and partnership deliverables&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Assist&#xa0;in the planning and execution of partnership events, including&#xa0;logistics, guest coordination, and on-site support (HQ and LA as needed)&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Provide general administrative and operational support to the partnerships and&#xa0;seeding&#xa0;team&#xa0;</li><li>Other duties as assigned&#xa0;</li></ul>",
