          "text": "<p><strong>Trainer Job Description</strong></p><p>The Trainer will support Operations training needs by providing on job training for department teammates. Review and analyze work instructions, training materials and recommend changes if needed.</p><p> </p><p><strong>This position will be responsible for…..</strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform on job training for new and current teammates.</p></li><li><p>Perform cross training for teammates.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in multiple processes with the ability to train on the process.</p></li><li><p>Identify inability to learn tasks and present materials in multiple ways to help employees understand.</p></li><li><p>Perform work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations. Report unsafe conditions or accidents to the appropriate person.</p></li><li><p>Work with the Training Lead to ensure all the EHS responsibilities are adhered to.</p></li><li><p>When not performing the duties of the trainer they are to be supporting the Operation.</p></li><li><p>Work on special projects and process improvement initiatives as directed.</p></li><li><p>All other related duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Safety and Security</strong></p><ul><li><p>Associates are responsible for performing their job activities in a safe and reasonable manner and in accordance with safety requirements.</p></li><li><p>Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and conduct all activities in a manner that promotes a safe environment. </p></li><li><p>All injuries, accidents, unsafe acts, hazards or conditions must be reported immediately. </p></li><li><p>Report any suspicious persons or activity.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Sanitation and Housekeeping </strong></p><ul><li><p>Maintain a clean and professional image. </p></li><li><p>To ensure the cleanliness of the facility, follow guidelines as outlined.</p></li><li><p>The associate must maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area at all times.</p></li></ul>",
