About the role
The Property Officer is responsible for maintaining control of all company and government equipment, ensuring accurate property tracking and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role supports property acquisition, distribution, inventory control, and disposal processes, working closely with the Property Manager to maintain asset integrity.
What you'll do
Maintain records of all property acquisitions, transfers, and disposals. Assist in the physical inventory process, ensuring data accuracy. Support receiving functions for Center property and equipment. Track and report property status using the Electronic Property Maintenance System (EPMS). Conduct excess property screening and coordinate disposal activities. Ensure property storage areas are organized and compliant with safety standards. Assist in audits and reporting to regulatory agencies. Work with purchasing and finance departments to ensure property accountability. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum of one year of experience in property management, logistics, or asset control. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems. Valid driver’s license.
