We are committed to helping Alaskan&rsquo;s recover.</p><p><strong>About the Team</strong></p><p>The Partial Hospitalization team is multi-disciplinary and serves children ages 9-17 with acute needs or who are not responding to a lower level of care. We will be expanding and serving adults and are looking for a clinician to serve both children and adults. The program includes medication management, intensive therapy, and skill-building to help clients regain stability, improve quality of life, and avoid the need for higher levels of care.</p><p><em>Alaska Behavioral Health is a National Child Traumatic Stress Network site and training hub for childhood mental health and trauma treatment.</em></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide assessment, individual, family, and group therapy</li></ul><p><strong>Good To Know</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Student Loan Repayment and Tuition Assistance is Available &ndash; Professional Growth is encouraged</li><li>Clinicians participate in regular individual and group supervision and are provided with additional training opportunities as part of our professional development plan</li><li>AKBH offers generous benefits including two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children, Five (5) weeks of PTO for the first year; eight (8) weeks of PTO after the first year. PTO is used for company recognized holidays. 401k with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, 4% automatically contributed by AKBH.</li></ul><p><strong><u>CLINICIAN I</u></strong></p><p>Responsibilities&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services to effectively resolve crisis; conduct clinical evaluations to determine risk and appropriate level of care</li><li>Participate in regular individual and group supervision&nbsp;</li><li>Provide behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices including CBT</li></ul><p>Qualifications&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>You have a master or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant field. AKBH can assist with providing licensure on site for Unlicensed Clinicians.</li><li>Pay Range is $73,100 to $89,000 depending on experience. This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus and annual incentive opportunities up to 5% of your salary.</li><li>AKBH consistently provides both individual and group clinical licensure supervision for our behavioral health providers who are working towards their post-master&#39;s and post-doctoral clinical licenses. The most common licenses for therapists in Alaska are Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. &nbsp;Both require 100 hours of clinical supervision. Market rates for licensure clinical supervision are $150-$200 and hour. At 100 hours, that is a $15,000 to $20,000 value &ndash; and our staff receive it as a free benefit.</li></ul><p><strong><u>CLINICIAN II</u></strong></p><p>Responsibilities&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services to effectively resolve crisis; conduct clinical evaluations to determine risk and appropriate level of care</li><li>Participate in regular individual and group supervision&nbsp;</li><li>Provide Behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices including CBT</li><li>Provide supervision for BSW level providers</li></ul><p>Qualifications&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>You have a master or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another relevant field.&nbsp;</li><li>You&rsquo;re a Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW required)</li><li>Pay Range is $80,500 to $103,320 depending on experience.&nbsp;</li><li>This position is eligible for a $20,000 sign on bonus and annual incentive opportunities up to 5% of your salary.</li></ul><p><strong><u>SENIOR LICENSED CLINICIAN</u></strong></p><p>Responsibilities&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services to effectively resolve crisis; conduct clinical evaluations to determine risk and appropriate level of care</li><li>Participate in regular individual and group supervision and be provided with additional training opportunities as part of our professional development plan</li><li>Provide behavioral health services in the Anchorage area and state-wide via telehealth using evidenced-based practices including Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency (ARC) and Trauma-Focused CBT</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with internal &amp; external standards and regulations; documenting progress for each service provided and review and update treatment plans as specified</li><li>Provide Clinical Supervision for unlicensed providers</li></ul><p>Qualifications&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Earned Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from a regionally accredited university and an APA accredited program, or a Master&rsquo;s degree in social work and licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); or a Master&rsquo;s degree in counseling and licensed to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); or a Master&rsquo;s degree in marriage and family therapy and licensed to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).</li><li>You have experience working with SED clients, and experience with providing trauma-informed care</li><li>You have 7-10 years clinical experience providing direct services as a psychotherapist</li><li>You have at least two years providing clinical supervision</li><li>Pay Range is $88,000 to $112,350 depending on experience.&nbsp;</li><li>This position is eligible for a $20,000 sign on bonus and annual incentive opportunities up to 5% of your salary.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Alaska Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</strong></p></div></div>\n",
