Perform Hydrologic and Hydraulic analysis and reporting. Obtain permit approvals from state and local agencies. Assist in the preparation of engineering documents (plans, reports, cost estimates and specifications) for Advertisement and Construction. Meet and work directly with clients and public agency officials. Work in collaboration with a Transportation design team comprised of other disciplines and support staff on multi-disciplinary projects. Provide QA/QC review following AMT and client-based procedures. Required Qualifications BS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Water Resources. Minimum of 7 years of water resources related experience including plan and report production. Hydrology and hydraulic modeling experience (storm drainage, SWM, floodplain, bridge) with commonly used software. North Carolina-licensed Professional Engineer required. South Carolina PE Preferred. NCDOT experience highly preferred. CADD experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads required. Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills, both written and verbal.
