Description $1,500 Sign-on Bonus JOB CATEGORY: RADIOLOGY / COMMUNITY CARE POSITION SUMMARY: This is a clinical staff position in Radiology responsible for performing a variety of routine radiology exams. Maintains and monitors the quality control program, the preventive maintenance program and the safety program for the Radiology Department. Work is performed independently or by direct instruction from a Physician or the position’s supervisor. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school or equivalent is required. 18 years or older Professional knowledge of radiology health care delivery as gained by completion of a State approved Radiologic Technologist course. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: State of New Mexico registration as a Radiologic Technologist. Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment. Have or be able to obtain First Aid and BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire date. Certification must meet the requirements listed in the document “BLS / CPR / ACLS & First Aid Training Resources” posted on Staurolite. It is your responsibility to keep your certification current at all times. SCREENING REQUIREMENTS: This position requires successful completion of an initial post-offer of employment: According to PMS Human Resources Policy 205.006, “Healthcare Personnel Testing & Immunization Requirements,” this position must comply with required testing and immunizations. Testing and immunizations including TB, Hepatitis B (consent or waiver), Tdap, MMR, and Varicella, will be available at the employee’s PMS health center. Influenza vaccines will be required according to dates set by the CDC and NMDOH. If assigned to the Checkerboard Area Health System, this position requires successful completion of an initial post-offer of employment: Criminal Records Check. $1,000 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS BONUSES All bonuses subject to tax withholding and eligibility requirements.
