AEDC operates more than 55 aerodynamic and propulsion wind tunnels, rocket and turbine engine test cells, space environmental chambers, arc heaters, ballistic ranges and other specialized units located in six states. Many of the complex's test units have capabilities unmatched elsewhere in the United States; some are unique in the world. AEDC is one of three installations which are part of the Air Force Test Center (AFTC), one of six subordinate commands of the Air Force Materiel Command organization, and an important national resource.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>AEDC’s mission is to conduct developmental test and evaluation for the Nation through modeling, simulation, and ground and flight tests.  Execution of the mission requires a large team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals from multiple technical disciplines to effectively accomplish the objectives of our test customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Open to internal and external candidates. The selected candidate for this requisition may be required to</em></strong><strong><em> occasionally</em></strong> (<strong><em>e.g. application upgrades) work outside normal business hours.</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Enterprise Analyst, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. As a Digital Enterprise Analyst, you will work as a member of the Digital Enterprise (DE) Branch in the Mission Information Systems directorate to lead the implementation of data-centered projects and digital transformation initiatives to improve the AEDC ground test data infrastructure, facility operations, and business systems. The person selected for this role will work closely with multidisciplinary work teams throughout the Beyond New Horizons (BNH) organization to drive digital innovation and enterprise modernization efforts that will advance the capabilities and strategic objectives of the DE team; responsible for driving project success, improving operational efficiency, and providing critical support to team initiatives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>AEDC’s mission is to conduct developmental test and evaluation for the Nation through modeling, simulation, and ground and flight test.  Execution of the mission requires a large team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals from multiple technical disciplines to effectively accomplish the objectives of our test customers.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<p>Leads and executes Digital Enterprise overhead projects independently, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment with organizational digital transformation goals.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for various digital initiatives.</li>\n <li>Analyze existing business workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and digital automation.</li>\n <li>Prepare and provide reports for assisting the DE Branch with tracking and controlling the scope of work, resource utilization, schedules, and work accomplishments.</li>\n <li>Perform cost and performance measurement analysis against planned and estimated scope.</li>\n <li>Leverage tools like Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint to streamline enterprise processes.</li>\n <li>Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions for cross-functional teams while ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all digital platforms.</li>\n <li>Gather, document, and translate DE branch requirements into technical specifications for digital solutions.</li>\n <li>Assist with the project management team to track procurements and oversee the installation of hardware as needed.</li>\n <li>Delivers specialized training frameworks across enterprise teams for SharePoint and Cloud platforms, creating standardized best practices that ensure consistent implementation and security compliance. </li>\n <li>Develop and implement automated workflow solutions using enterprise tools (e.g., Power Platform) to streamline administrative and cross-departmental business processes.</li>\n <li>Support the DE branch in the coordination of meeting notes report creation, planning team meetings, and summary processes for the branch. </li>\n <li>It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy. </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>College Degree from an accredited University. </li>\n <li>In lieu of college degree, candidates must have at least 4 years’ experience in IT related field. </li>\n <li>Current U.S. Citizenship is required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>B.S in IT/Computer Science or B.A degree with an IT focus.</li>\n <li>Thorough knowledge of grammatical rules, spelling, punctuation, required formats, technical vocabularies and terminology common to the assignment, Document Control and Records Management systems and common office procedures, and professional telephone practices.   </li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills.  </li>\n <li>Knowledge of data platforms.</li>\n <li>Technical background</li>\n <li>Knowledge of project management techniques and skills. </li>\n <li>Effective leadership skills.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Who We Are</h2>\n<p><strong>Who We Are</strong></p>\n<p>Beyond New Horizons (BNH) is a fully populated joint venture of Astrion and Fluor Federal Services, Inc. formed to provide unmatched Test Operations and Sustainment services for the Arnold Engineering and Development Complex.</p>\n<p> We chose our name to serve as an enduring reminder of our commitment to AEDC’s rich aerospace research and development legacy anchored in AEDC’s Towards New Horizons founding study and the unprecedented opportunities to greatly expand AEDC’s capabilities and capacity Beyond those existing today.
