font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Mentor Volunteers</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">: Manage and coordinate teams of up to  6 volunteers, identifying their strengths to maximize classroom impact.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Diverse Instruction</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">: Support the delivery of literacy, phonics, PEMAC (Physical Education, Music, Art, and Culture).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
