Verification Operations Specialist (Data Entry)

About Docketly Docketly is an appearance counsel provider. We match local attorneys with large firms in need of coverage for short, procedural hearings nationwide. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Verification Operations Specialist (Data Entry) to help ensure the accuracy and quality of hearing information before it is shared with our attorney network. In this role, you'll be a critical checkpoint in our operations while working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. As part of our evolving workflow, this role will regularly use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI Platform, and similar technologies to support day-to-day tasks and improve efficiency. Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools, reviewing AI-generated information, and incorporating AI into their workflow. This is not an engineering or prompt-development role we’re looking for someone with practical familiarity and interest in using AI tools as part of modern operational work. This position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado. Responsibilities and Duties: Review and verify hearing information for accuracy before publishing to our attorney network Compare details from multiple sources to ensure consistency and completeness Accurately document and confirm hearing data, attachments, and related materials Send out verified hearing schedules and links to attorneys Use AI tools (such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar platforms) to assist with verification tasks and flag discrepancies Respond to tickets and basic customer service inquiries, offering simple tech troubleshooting when needed Maintain a consistent pace of verification, meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets Communicate clearly and ask questions when clarification is needed Qualifications and Skills: 2 years' experience in data verification, customer service, tech support, or a similar role Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment Troubleshooting experience Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI Platform, Claude, Codex, or similar AI technologies, including practical usage and general understanding Preferred Experience with SQL, Python, Java a plus People who should apply for Verification Operations Specialist (Data Entry) are: Eager to grow with a rapidly-scaling business Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Detail Oriented and confident navigating multiple systems Strong communicators who enjoy problem solving and teamwork Motivated to identify and prevent errors before they happen No legal experience required!
