It plays a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning </span><span>programmes</span><span>, managing digital learning platforms, and driving strategic upskilling efforts in the region, while also providing partial support to selected global </span><span>programmes</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Working closely with stakeholders, the role supports and co-designs global learning initiatives and leads their regional implementation, </span><span>leveraging</span><span> AI and technology to elevate workforce capabilities.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Key accountabilities and performance indicators include:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Partner with regional leaders and key business stakeholders to design learning programs that address relevant L&amp;D needs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead learning needs analysis, program design, and facilitation, ensuring alignment with global strategy.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support and implement global L&amp;D priorities, contributing to programs, projects, and initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee administration and optimization of </span><span>iNova’s</span><span> Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver a seamless learner experience.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain </span><span>accurate</span><span> learning records, manage user access, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT and global learning teams.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Generate and analyze learning data reports to track participation, completion rates, and impact metrics.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Translate LMS analytics into actionable recommendations for program improvement and stakeholder reporting.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support creation, localization, and deployment of e-learning modules tailored to regional and global needs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Monitor learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on data insights, feedback, and evolving business needs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>About You</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>To be successful in this role, you will </span><span>possess</span><span> the following</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Bachelor’s or </span><span>Master’s degree in Business</span><span>, Communications, Psychology, or </span><span>a related</span><span> field.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>3–4 years of corporate L&amp;D experience in global organizations, with a proven </span><span>track record</span><span> in digital learning content development.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience in the consumer healthcare industry is an advantage.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong familiarity with learning technologies to engage, empower, and upskill target audiences.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to build rapport across all levels and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Skilled at multitasking, adapting to change, innovating, and motivating environments.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to develop, manage, and sustain collaborative and constructive
