          "text": "<p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\"><b><span>Position Summary</span></b></p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\">We are currently seeking a Manager to join our corporate tax group for a 14 month contract to fill a maternity leave.</p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\"></p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\">This position will be located based out of our Kitchener/Waterloo, Canada office.</p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\"></p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\">This is an excellent opportunity in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.</p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\"></p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\">The company’s corporate tax team is responsible for all aspects of income tax compliance with respect to the global operations of the company including, indirect taxation, accounting for income tax and developing international tax planning strategies.</p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\"></p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\">The primary focus of the tax group is to minimize the overall effective tax rate, ensure compliance in all jurisdictions to increase shareholder value.</p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\"></p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\"><b><span>Responsibilities</span></b></p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\"><b><span> </span></b></p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\"><b><span> </span></b></p><p class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\">Your responsibilities are situated in the following domains:</p><ul><li class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\">Prepare corporate tax returns for global entities in our corporate structure;</li><li class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\">Prepare the quarterly global tax provision under US GAAP including all note disclosure;</li><li class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\">Research tax issues and provide analysis;</li><li class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\">Assess the impact of any proposed legislation and ensure compliance with evolving legislation;</li><li class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\">Analyze and anticipate complex tax situations and develop solutions and new approaches; and</li><li class=\"yiv150384284MsoNormal\">Automate and standardize information gathering, processing, and documenting.</li></ul><p></p>",
