As an Email Deliverability Specialist, you will play a key role in helping overcome challenges and ensuring our users reach their customers' inbox. By implementing best practices and addressing issues proactively, you’ll help them maintain a positive sender reputation, improve email engagement, and maximize the effectiveness of their email marketing efforts. If you have a strong sense of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of email marketing this is the job for you.\n\n Responsibilities \n\n Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics, such as bounce rates, open rates, and spam complaints.\n Implement best practices for email authentication, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.\n Identify and resolve deliverability issues that may arise from content, sending frequency, or list quality.\n Collaborate with customers to optimize email templates and content for better deliverability.\n Manage email sender reputation to maintain a positive relationship with ISPs.\n Stay up to date with industry trends, email regulations, and changes in provider policies.\n Work with ESPs and delivery vendors to troubleshoot and improve deliverability.\n Provide recommendations and guidance to improve overall email marketing performance.\n\n Requirements\n\n Strong knowledge of email authentication protocols, such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.\n Proficiency in email deliverability tools and platforms.\n Ability to analyze and interpret email deliverability data to make informed decisions.\n Understanding of email marketing best practices and strategies.\n Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams.\n Problem solving abilities to identify and address deliverability issues effectively.\n Familiarity with email compliance regulations and anti spam laws.\n Analytical mindset to identify trends and patterns in email deliverability metrics.\n\n Benefits\n\n Base Salary + Cache Rewards.\n Work from anywhere in the world.\n Loose vacation policy.\n Flexible work hours."
