      "content": "\n<li>Associate degree or technical training in a related field.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field (preferred).</li>\n<li>Coursework, training or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance (preferred).</li>\n<li>Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred).</li>\n<li><strong>Mechanical interest and aptitude.</strong></li>\n<li><strong>Ability to start in Summer / Winter 2026.</strong></li>\n<li><strong>Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months) and for final placement at completion of program.</strong></li>\n<li><strong>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing, friendly, approachable and build relationships with peers and potential customers.</strong></li>\n<li><strong>Competitive in nature with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment.</strong></li>\n"
