The Clinical Supervisor will assist in providing clinical services, implementing clinical service policy and standards, and supporting clinical development for the facility. &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Provides clinical services to assigned clients as per the guidelines of licensing agencies and ensures compliance with policies and procedures as well as with regulatory and licensing agencies.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Provides oversight for red flag residents in addition to assisting with all clinical services when needed to support department needs.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Assist Clinical Director with providing developmental supervisory conferences monthly for all clinicians.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the Clinical Supervisor will assist in reviewing treatments plans to ensure regulatory compliance.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Coordinates interfacing of clinical services with education, medical, community services, family services, and the training department.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Performs individual and group therapy under the direction of the Clinical Director.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Provides appropriate documentation which includes: developing treatment plans and monthly reports on client behavior, attitude, achievement, education, and overall progress in the program.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Analyzes and interprets client records, behavior, progress, and treatment plans in relationship with treatment services.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Conducts client file reviews in a timely manner to ensure regulatory compliance.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Supervises, assists with hiring, and evaluates staff performance of Clinicians and Case Managers, develops measurable objectives for necessary improvements and implements appropriate corrective action to staff adhering to human resources policies and utilizing human resources when necessary.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Assists with development of Clinicians, completing competency assessments and employee evaluations.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Confers with judges, probation officers, police, social service agencies, and community groups to assist with interpreting the facility goals and objectives and developing cooperative working relationships.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Participates in Multi-Disciplinary Treatment team meetings (MDT&rsquo;s) regarding client behavior, diagnosis, and progress as a member of the treatment planning team.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Conducts in-service training and clinical consultations as well as assisting with regulatory compliance.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Serves as liaison with external contacts such as probation officers, family members, and other interested parties.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Assumes supervisory role in the absence of Clinical Director based upon program/facility requirements and licensure.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Serves as the primary contact by phone or in person for reviewing and approving/disapproving the physical and
