          "text": "<p>AZZ has an opportunity for a Plant Manager at our Mobile facility. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, this role is responsible for, but not limited to, directing and managing all plant operations with overall responsibility for production, maintenance, quality, and personnel. You are a strong leader with a track record of effectively managing, mentoring, and developing leaders. You are experienced in developing and implementing business strategies and can deliver outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Directs and manages plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, shipping and receiving and all personnel activities.</li><li>Develops and controls profits/loss, business plans and budget restrictions.</li><li>Implements cost effective systems for control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries.</li><li>Establishes and monitors overall plant performance for production and quality standards while maintaining strict process controls.</li><li>Maintains existing plant facilities and equipment. Replaces or adjusts plant facilities and equipment when necessary.</li><li>Provides leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.</li><li>Implements and maintains preventative maintenance programs.</li><li>Maintains and enforces OSHA and other safety regulations.</li><li>Recommends or implements measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality or efficiency.</li><li>Recommends personnel action including, but not limited to, annual evaluations, promotions, hiring and firing.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Serves as the primary direct report for all facility personnel.</li></ul>",
