What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor machinery Load/unload materials and assist with packaging Perform quality checks using tools and fixtures Support machine operators and complete documentation Maintain a clean, safe work environment Training:
Start on 1st shift (7 AM–3 PM) before moving to 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM).
Saturday overtime is scheduled in advance.

Pay: $20.00–$23.40/hr based on experience Shift Premium: +$2/hr for 3rd shift Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hrs; double time after 48 hrs Paid Time Off: Vacation + 11 paid holidays Day 1 Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance We cover 87% of medical costs 401(k): 3% automatic company contribution + up to 2% match Quarterly Profit‑Sharing: Avg. $6,000–$10,000 annually $180 boot allowance Tuition reimbursement + $5,000 adoption benefit Free coffee, hot drinks, on‑site barbershop, and fitness center Reminder for Applicants
