Fulfill reporting and administrative requirements.\\n\\tManage special projects and initiatives when assigned.\\n\\tAfter standard business hours support as needed and required\\n\\tTravel as needed and required.\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE \\n\\nAny combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.&nbsp; Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:\\n\\n\\n\\tAssociate&#39;s or Bachelor&#39;s in a Technical field required\\n\\tMinimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience in customer service, operations, manufacturing, or installation.\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nKNOWLEDGE\\n\\n\\n\\tUnderstanding of sales and fulfillment cycle for business furniture.\\n\\tAbility to use and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\\n\\tUnderstanding of basic furniture assembly techniques and processes.\\n\\tUnderstanding of the roles of furniture manufacturer, dealer, end user, and installation companies.\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nSKILL\\n\\nThe ability to:\\n\\n\\n\\tact with a sense of urgency in a timely and effective manner.\\n\\tbe calm but positively impactful while listening and dealing with real and perceived emergencies from dealers, installers, and end users\\n\\tcommunicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing.\\n\\thandle stress in a functional and positive manner that promotes successful task completion\\n\\tuse tools effectively and safely; assemble product quickly and accurately\\n\\tdeal constructively with conflict. \\n\\tcollect, analyze, and interpret data from a wide variety of sources and create necessary structure and action steps from that data\\n\\tprofessionally and appropriately represent the company and our suppliers to all customers.\\n\\twork laterally across departments to promote successful completion of projects\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nAt AIS, we have a strong set of&nbsp;values&nbsp;that guide our business and help us align with our customers.&nbsp;\\n\\nWe listen to our Customers.
