    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><strong>Objective of the position</strong>:</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">To provide direct supervision and leadership of sanitation associates in a bakery environment. Ensures sanitation and food safety standards are achieved, in compliance with both Regulatory and GFSI scheme.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">- Leader of all HACCP/HARPC programs related to Sanitation and SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operational Practices)</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">- General plant housekeeping and manage the 3rd Party IPM (Integrated Pest Management) Will need to obtain a commercial licensed applicator (core and 10c).</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">-Communicates job expectations and provides direct supervision; planning, monitoring and evaluating job results; coaching, counseling, training and disciplining employees; enforces systems, policies and procedures.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">- Inspects and evaluates the overall appearance both inside and outside of the Bakery facility; advises departments of any corrective actions which need to be taken, as necessary.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">- Evaluates the need for new and additional food safety and sanitation programs.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">- Supervises the Bakery wastewater operations. Ensures compliance with federal and local regulations.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">- Supervises cleaning of equipment and machines through disassembly and reassembly procedures per HACCP/HARPC/SSOP guidelines and schedules in accordance with production operations.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">- Able to operate aerial lifts and forklifts</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">- Creates and manages budget information for fiscal year for Sanitation labor and supplies for the Bakery</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">- Performs ATP Swab testing for Sanitation Verification</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">- Order Supplies using SAP System</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">-Maintains proper staffing to operate the shift in compliance with union work rules.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">-Conduct weekly scheduling</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">-Directs training/retraining to ensure employees can perform the job competently and safe.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">-Records and reports employee performance issues.
