CHOICE is the largest provider of pediatric dental care in the Southwest United States, and we pride ourselves on delivering high quality care to children in our communities. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What we provide to you as a CHOICE teammate: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Care for your wellbeing and work-life balance</li>\n <li>Professional and personal growth </li>\n <li>Experienced leadership support </li>\n <li>Fun and supportive team dynamic with events and celebrations </li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefit package </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </strong>Duties include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clinical Assistance & Patient Care:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the dentist in all chairside procedures.</li>\n <li>Take X-rays and process diagnostic images.</li>\n <li>Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients.</li>\n <li>Ensure patients feel comfortable and understand their procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate treatment notes and charting.</li>\n <li>Prepare and sanitize treatment areas, instruments, and equipment.</li>\n <li>Support sterilization protocols and infection control guidelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Procedural Assistance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Take impressions for study models and appliances.</li>\n <li>Provide suctioning and isolation during procedures.</li>\n <li>Handle instrument sterilization and inventory management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Administrative & Compliance Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.</li>\n <li>Track and manage inventory and supply restocking.</li>\n <li>Assist the front office as needed with scheduling and patient inquiries.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Dental assisting experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Certificates or Licences:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>X-Ray certification  </li>\n <li>BLS certification </li>\n <li>8-hour Infection Control certification</li>\n <li>2-hour Dental Practice Act certification</li>\n</ul>",
