decisions, and address asset management issues that arise in Healthpeak’s senior housing and CCRC portfolios.  The primary functions of this position are to perform analyses in support of property and portfolio operating performance, capital investment decision making, and to prepare ad hoc analyses on behalf of the Asset Management team.  Principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></span></span><ul><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;\">Reporting and financial analyses of operating trends and capital deployment for portfolios and assets</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;\">Develop understanding of a portfolio capital structure, business plans and key risks to performance through discussions with operating partners and asset visits</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;\">Organize asset action plans and coordinate with partners to follow up and execute</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;\">Audit and summarize operator capital funding request including aggregating supporting invoices, liens, and proof of payment</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;\">Assist in evaluating unique asset management issues including gathering operating and financial considerations through independent research and direct contact with external parties and internal functional teams.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva,
