Also provide friendly and courteous service to each and every guest you come in contact with.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&#160;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&#160;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Pick-up room reports and keys to assigned areas daily. All keys must be signed out at the start of your shift and signed in at the end of your shift in the key control log.</li>\r\n\t<li>Proceed to the laundry area to pick-up your assigned cart and necessary supplies which will be handed out by your supervisor.</li>\r\n\t<li>Always be careful not to make excessive noise in the guest room areas. You never know when you may disturb a guest, and this applies at any time during the day or night while you are on the floor.</li>\r\n\t<li>Check-outs will be done first. The only exception to this is a special request.</li>\r\n\t<li>Report all rooms listed as do not disturb to your superior for approval.</li>\r\n\t<li>Sheets are to be changed in every room, every day, unless specified by the guest or brand mandated program.</li>\r\n\t<li>Continue from room to room, being careful to observe all Do Not Disturb signs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Clean rooms according to established procedures; return cart to linen room at end of shift.</li>\r\n\t<li>Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management.</li>\r\n\t<li>Be flexible in regard to work schedule.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Report to work on time and in proper and clean uniform, including name tag.</li>\r\n\t<li>Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations. Be up-to-date with all changes, new procedures and events.</li>\r\n\t<li>Be aware of current guest service scores, and be able to understand guest comments and needs.
