Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Business Development Associate to join our client’s team within the property and real estate sector . This is a pivotal role for a results-driven professional with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, identify lucrative property opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong market insight, strategic thinking, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the property and real estate market to drive portfolio growth and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Develop and execute innovative business development and sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and acquisition targets.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, and operations) to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, property valuations, and customer requirements to stay ahead of market movements.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and investment pitches tailored to client and investor needs.
Track key performance indicators, pipeline activity, and revenue metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Represent the organization at property expos, networking events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Support negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
3-5 Years of proven experience in a business development or sales role within real estate or property-related industries .
Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales or leasing targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong understanding of property markets, investment strategies, and client lifecycle management.
Highly adaptable and capable of performing in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
