You will work closely with agricultural scientists at the Vero Beach Research Center to deliver high-quality research outcomes.</p><p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and support high-quality field, greenhouse, and laboratory trials to advance biological and plant health products.</li><li>Provide technical support for trials, such as helping design and improve application equipment.</li><li>Oversee greenhouse operations (e.g., irrigation, heating, and cooling) to ensure reliable trial results.</li><li>Contribute to project planning and execution, such as trial setup, data collection, and reporting.</li><li>Develop demonstration trials to showcase commercial benefits for key stakeholders and site visitors.</li><li>Recommend and apply appropriate crop maintenance practices to support trial success.</li></ul>",
