We promote our team fromwithin our own company and will teach you with on the job training and leadership classes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Team Member Benefits Include:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Weekly Pay~10% Employee Discount~Employee Referral Bonus~Medical/Vision/Dental~Career Growth~Holiday Benefits</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>• Assists in merchandising of products, or services provided, to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in the industry.• Assists the Bakery Manager in determining variety and quantity of bakery products to be produced or replenished, according to orders, sales projections and daily volume.•Ensures proper production of bakery product in the absence of bakers or bakery department manager.</p>\n<p>• Makes pizzas according to ingredient guidelines and displays product in case.• Cleans department area, including equipment, containers, storage areas, aisles, and display cases; keeping products and supplies well organized.</p>\n<p>• Operates equipment, if needed (if over 18 years of age).• Operates price scale with knowledge of current prices. Prices or changes price tags on merchandise referring to price list and in coordination with scan department.• Receives, opens, and unpacks cartons and crates of merchandise, checking invoice against items received. Promptly clears floor of all restocking equipment and debris.• Rotates product according to departmental guidelines.• Sets up advertising signs and displays merchandise in cases, on counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales.• Takes and processes customer orders according to customer request ensuring that product is ready on time.• Takes inventory or examines merchandise on a regular basis, to identify items needing to be reordered or replenished.• Assists the department manager in obtaining budget for labor, gross profit and inventory control.• Assists with regularly scheduled departmental inventories.• Assists with the supervision of the department, in the absence of the Department Mgr. and Assistant Department Mgr., assigning job duties, scheduling breaks etc.• Assists with training workers in store policies, departmental procedures, and job duties.</p>\n<p>• Communicates performance and training problems to the department manager.• Coordinates vendor invoices, SKH invoices and inter-company transfers on a daily basis to ensure timely billing.• Has knowledge of current inventories and ordering systems to assist with the ordering of supplies and merchandise from approved vendors.• Fully understands the retail label systems, communicates with Scan, General Management,and/or Buying teams to ensure correct pricing.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>• While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly exposed to hot temperatures while working around kitchen equipment.</p>",
