The Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 will engage with various levels of customer service by identifying and addressing any customer concerns and report to the Pharmacy Services Manager.</span></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Perform IV automation tasks in an aseptic, error free manner, consistent with prescribed guidelines.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Perform IV automation equipment cleaning and maintenance.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Follow Safe Handling of Hazardous Drugs procedures when handling medications.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Responsible for identifying/ordering sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Responsible for performing advanced troubleshooting and prescribed maintenance of IV automation equipment and reporting unresolved equipment issues to services manager and customer, to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by aligning the Pharmacy Services Program to provide customer-focused support emphasizing quality,
