    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p><br>Material Control Associate will assist the materials team in maintaining accurate and sufficient inventory through the receiving, production reporting, and cycle counting processes. &nbsp;The Material Control Associate works directly with Materials &amp; Purchasing Supervisor and Inventory Supervisor to ensure all day to day functions are completed on time.&nbsp;</p><p><br><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br>Material Control Associate will assist in maintaining team focus on the core responsibilities of the materials team:<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Accurately enter receipts<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Accurately enter production reporting, paste/resin logs<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cycle counts materials to maintain accurate inventory<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Investigates material shortages/overages<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists in correcting BOM issues<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists with kitting improvement<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists with continuous improvement in the department (Kaizen, Lean Mfg.)<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow inspection process with the Quality Team as required<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists with safety, quality, delivery, and cost</p><p><br><strong>Education/ Skills/ Experience:</strong></p><p><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High school diploma or equivalency required.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Associates Degree in Business or equivalency a plus.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum of one to three years’ experience in warehouse and materials with emphasis on inventory control, cycle counting, receiving processes.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to interpret and accurately fill out paperwork<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic computer skills required<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be able to work independently<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good attendance required&nbsp;</p><p><br><strong>Training Requirements:</strong></p><p><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Receiving, inventory, and production reporting<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Paste &amp; Resin Logs<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;MUV &amp; Exception logs</p><p><br><strong>Physical Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><p><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be able to sit/stand for long periods<br>&nbsp;</p>",
