    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">GENERAL SUMMARY: &nbsp;The Transportation Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation schedule with external vendors and with the internal transportation team when needed.</p><p>&nbsp;ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Utilizes Transportation software to create and manage transportation schedules for external vendors and Transcare when needed.</li><li>Acts as a point of contact to external vendors for transportation needs and scheduling rides for participants.</li><li>Tracks trips in real time and make adjustments as needed throughout the day.</li><li>Utilizes scheduling software to optimize trips for Transcare and monitors rides assigned to external vendors.</li><li>Utilizes scheduling software to run reports and analyze data to improve efficiency in Transportation department.</li><li>Responds to inquiries with regards to external vendor services and with Transcare as needed.</li><li>Performs other duties as required.</li></ul><p>JOB SPECIFICATIONS:</p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years previous Transportation experience</li><li>Valid state Driver&rsquo;s License from the state of residence</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively in a high pressure environment.</li><li>Organizational skills, problems solving skills and ability to prioritize work</li><li>Posses a strong commitment to a team environment with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Personally responsible to complete work in a timely and consistent man</li><li>Strong Computer skills</li><li>Covid vaccinated preferred</li></ul></div></div>\n",
