    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Job Description</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Handling all the costs associated with construction, interior and project work (Budget and cost control).</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Negotiating and adjusting the price base for the workload to be in line with standard.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as construction managers, project managers, site architects and foremen.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Selecting and sourcing construction materials.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Handling other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Qualification</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineer or related fields.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">At least 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveyor, Estimate Engineer, Office Engineer or related.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Knowledge in Construction Drawing, Building construction, and Renovation.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and pressure situation.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Well organized, systematic thinking and management skills. </span><br></li>\n</ul>",
