Job Description We have a great, new opportunity for you!! Climate Systems, Inc. is currently seeking someone for Commercial HVAC Inside Sales . This opportunity will give you the advantage of working for a 100% Employee-Owned Company with an excellent reputation within the community where your work makes a difference! The Commercial HVAC Inside Sales position will work with the Project Manager from start to finish of the job, download plans and specifications, select equipment to meet specifications and project requirements. Here's what you'll do: • Work within Bluebeam and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. • Collaborate directly with the Project Manager from project start through completion. • Download and review project plans and specifications. • Assist with equipment selections to meet project specifications and requirements. • Occasionally travel to out-of-town job sites; overnight stays are rare. • Perform additional duties as needed to support project success. Here's what will get you noticed: • Knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred but not required. • Strategic, self-motivated, and highly organized. • Strong work ethic with a team-focused mindset. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Ability to read and understand HVAC plans and specifications is preferred but not required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Here's what you'll need to be successful: • Ability to coordinate effectively with team members and remain composed in high-pressure situations. • Self-starter with strong initiative and sound business judgment. • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and explore multiple solutions to challenges. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
