    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Adhere to VIATechnik's playbook, standards and Project checklist</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop 3D models as required for the project tasks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure models are constructable in the field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct clash detection and coordination</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Produce detailed coordination drawings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Calculate cut/fill volumes and other related civil tasks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with the Project Manager</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct feasibility studies and draft technical blueprints</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Troubleshoot and resolve project issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Accomplish project accurately and submit on the agreed deadline</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform additional tasks as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering/Sanitary Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or any engineering related course.</li>\n<li>Proficient in BIM-related software ( e.g. Civil 3D)</li>\n<li>Must have basic plan reading knowledge (Civil, Structural, Architecture, and MEPF)</li>\n<li>Must have basic knowledge in Navisworks and Revit</li>\n<li>Has good grasp of Engineering and Architecture principles</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CAN START ASAP</span></p>",
