    "description": "<h2>Working Hours/Days</h2>8:00 - 5:00 Monday – Friday, weekend and after hours on-call rotation\n<h2>Basic Duties</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Position learns the internal workings of Altorfer Ag Products service department.</li>\n <li>Part of a front line team answering phone calls from customers and technicians dealing with Ag Machinery.</li>\n <li>Assist technicians with their daily duties.</li>\n <li>Work with service department management.</li>\n <li>May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good organizational and customer service skills required. </li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills are needed. </li>\n <li>To be successful in this position you must be able to work in a fast paced environment. </li>\n <li>Must be a self-started and able to adapt to change.</li>\n <li>Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed. </li>\n <li>Computer literate and proficient with using the Internet, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel is required.</li>\n <li>Must reside centrally within designated territory or willingness to relocation within designated territory.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
