      "value": "<ul><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">You have successfully completed your studies in economics, STEM fields, or a related discipline.</li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">You have 7+ years of professional experience in IT project management of complex projects and a proven track record of delivering projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.</li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">You have a keen interest in, or experience with, the financial sector.</li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">You possess strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.</li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, and have experience working with senior leadership and executive sponsors.</li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">Furthermore, you have strong skills in process design, documentation, and project management.</li><li style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);\">You are a confident communicator in German and English (French is a plus), work independently, are a true team player, and have a keen awareness of the needs of your stakeholders.</li></ul>"
