Apply today and take the next step in your career with Attain Finance!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<em><strong>This role is based out of our Greenville, SC office.</strong></em>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing financial models, analyzing financial data, supporting the management reporting package, and providing key insights to support strategic business decisions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Financial Strategy & Planning:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze and forecast originations, loan portfolio, risk adjusted revenue, expenses, debt and other financial statement items</li>\n <li>Support the development and maintenance of financial models, including annual budget, multi-year plans & forecasts, quarterly reforecasts, and scenario analysis</li>\n <li>Utilize industry best practices and financial modeling techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and forecasting processes</li>\n <li>Assist in preparing peer analysis</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Reporting & Analysis:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Take ownership of management reporting package that would be presented to the senior Executives and Board of Directors, identify and report on key drivers of variances between actual and forecasts, ensure data accuracy and consistency</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast, providing clear explanations and actionable insights</li>\n <li>Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, identify trends, and provide meaningful visual graphs and insights to support strategic decision-making processes</li>\n <li>Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions to optimize financial performance</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Team Collaboration:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with operational and risk teams to gather business driver data and translate it into financial projections</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with various teams across the organization to gather relevant financial information and insights to develop accurate financial models and forecasts</li>\n <li>Effectively manage relationships with business stakeholders to ensure successful completion of financial analysis and ad hoc projects under tight deadlines</li>\n <li>Communicate complex financial analysis findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to senior management and other stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Thorough understanding of the <strong>inter-relationship of the income statement, balance sheets and statement of cash flows</strong></li>\n <li>Experience in building and managing financial models and long-range planning and scenario-based modeling</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of capital structure, three-statement financial modeling these areas is preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to create process improvements with automation and analysis</li>\n <li>Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Consumer lending/ financial services industry experience preferred</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial concepts and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix and remote work environment and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams</li>\n <li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education and Equivalent Experience:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor degree required with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, financial data analytics or equivalent preferred; a Master's degree or equivalent professional certifications (CFA, CPA) is a plus.</li>\n <li>1 year or more of experience in financial reporting and/or financial analysis, including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting is a plus.</li>\n <li>Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools, with proficiency in advanced Excel functions required.</li>\n <li>Skilled in creating PowerPoint presentations, including developing graphs and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of SQL or Python, along with familiarity with financial ERP systems (e.g., OneStream, Sigma), is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>This is based out of our Greenville, SC office.</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Base Salary:</strong> $70,000 - $90,000 USD</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#AttainRP</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average.
