This person will also review the accounting close for our investment properties to ensure accurate asset-level reporting.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain accounting records for fund entities and management companies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal controls</li><li>Record and track contributions, distributions, expenses, and inter-company transactions across multiple fund structures</li><li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and preparation of financial statements</li><li>Review property accounting and asset-level financials to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with fund objectives</li><li>Collaborate with third-party administrators, property managers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information</li><li>Participate in audits and regulatory filings as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Review invoices and support accounts payable processes</li><li>Contribute to ongoing process improvements and special projects as assigned</li><li>Remain flexible and proactive in addressing new tasks and responsibilities as the company grows and evolves</li></ul>",
