Your leadership will directly impact delinquency reduction, recovery rates, and scalable processes, all while ensuring a positive, customer-first experience as the business continues to grow.</p><p><strong><u>What You’ll Do</u></strong></p><p><strong>Drive Portfolio Performance</strong></p><ul><li>Own daily operations of your assigned portfolio to meet or exceed&#xa0;collections revenue goals.</li><li>Establish team quotas and strategies in partnership with senior leadership.</li><li>Monitor performance, forecast results, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.</li><li>Analyze trends, metrics, and QA feedback to optimize team and individual performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Lead &amp; Develop Talent</strong></p><ul><li>Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing collections team.</li><li>Hire, onboard, train, and develop Team Leads and entry-level collectors.</li><li>Set clear goals, deliver ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.</li><li>Address performance issues and disciplinary actions with consistency and fairness.</li></ul><p><strong>Improve Processes &amp; Customer Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Reduce delinquency and increase recovery through effective negotiation and payment strategies.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to improve systems, workflows, and communication.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and all collections-related regulatory standards.</li><li>Resolve complex account issues while balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>",
