A successful Leasing Specialist will provide high-quality customer service to our residents, focus on selling the community to all prospective residents, and understand this role is critical to the reputation of the property.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Property:</strong> Altitude Columbus is a unique housing community consisting of 166 units and 534 beds, designed with Ohio State University students in mind.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This is a full-time position working a standard schedule, Tuesday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 4:00pm. Nights or weekends may be required from time to time dependent on business needs.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The compensation range for this position is $16.16 - $19.39 per hour plus bonus potential. This range is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities.
