    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>POSITION SUMMARY</u></strong></p><p>Provides skilled general carpentry, cabinet-making, painting, and wall covering services.</p><p><strong><u>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Education:</u></strong></p><ol><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.&nbsp;</li><li>Graduate from a vocational-technical/trade training preferred.&nbsp;</li></ol><p><strong><u>Experience:</u></strong></p><ol><li>A minimum of two (2) years of carpentry work experience required.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in hospital setting preferred.&nbsp;</li></ol><p><strong><u>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</u></strong></p><ol><li>Strong knowledge of construction, framing/finishing or general carpentry required.&nbsp;</li><li>Obtains the ability to use woodworking power tools such as a planner, saws, and drills.
