Business Analyst - Ellucian Colleague™ ERP

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our collaborative, mission-driven, dynamic, and innovative campus technology team.  Bring your strong communication skills, passion for process improvement, and professional business analyst experience to assist our client campus in implementing enterprise data and reporting solutions to improve business processes and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate across the university to implement efficient enterprise data and reporting solutions to manage business processes. This position requires hands-on experience working with the Ellucian Colleague™ ERP system. Experience with SoftDocs or similar Enterprise Content Management tools such as OnBase, Hyland, Kuali Build Strong MIS experience, particularly database management systems Ability to create and follow detailed project plans and to guide others involved in projects Ability to document business processes, evaluate process efficiency and recommend process improvements Excellent communication and collaboration skills Detail oriented and able to develop innovative ideas with minimal supervision Excellent organizational and time management skills Preferred Experience with opening Ellucian Cases and navigate support and escalation processes, as needed, to gain insight or resolved issues Experience with Unidata or Unibasic query language Experience with Ellucian Experience and Ethos
