We are building technology that is disrupting the data extraction space for more than a decade now.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span><br>We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect (Java) to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, ensure engineering best practices, and mentor development teams while collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders.<br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br>• Define and own the overall technical architecture for Java-based enterprise applications.<br>• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.<br>• Lead architectural discussions and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.<br>• Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across teams.<br>• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.<br>• Work closely with Product, DevOps, and Data teams to ensure seamless integration.<br>• Guide teams in building microservices-based, cloud-native solutions.<br>• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.<br>• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks.<br>• Mentor senior developers and engineering teams.<br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills Required</span><br>• Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8+) and object-oriented design principles.<br>• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA.<br>• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.<br>• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).<br>• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.<br>• Strong experience with SQL &amp; NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).<br>• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ preferred).<br>• Understanding of security best practices and authentication frameworks (OAuth2, JWT).<br>• Familiarity with distributed systems and performance optimization.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience &amp; Qualifications</span><br>• 12+ years of experience in Java-based application development.<br>• 3–5 years of experience in architecture/design roles.<br>• Experience working in product-based or SaaS environments preferred.<br>• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.<br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership &amp; Behavioral Competencies</span><br>• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br>• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<br>• Ability to influence technical direction and drive consensus.<br>• Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams.<br>• Ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span><br>• Experience in AI/ML-driven product ecosystems.<br>• Exposure to OCR, document processing, or data extraction platforms.<br>• Experience with high-volume transaction systems.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">By submitting your application, you agree that your personal information and resume may be collected, processed, and stored by us for recruitment purposes, including consideration for future roles.</span></p>",
