We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineer 1 to join our Maintenance Department.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Engineer I is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the hotel remains in top condition. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance issues, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify and address potential issues.</li>\n <li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.</li>\n <li>Assist with the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.</li>\n <li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>\n <li>Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation Range</u></strong>The compensation for this position is $21.20/hour</p>\n<p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive starting wages</li>\n <li>Health, Dental, Vision and other benefits available after 60 days</li>\n <li>DailyPay</li>\n <li>401k</li>\n <li>Paid Training</li>\n <li>Paid PTO</li>\n <li>Referral program</li>\n <li>Discounts at all Kinseth Hotel Corporation hotels and restaurants </li>\n</ul>",
