Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, or provide updates. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through positive interactions. Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures.
