Reporting to the Chief Behavioral Health Officer, the Director provides centralized oversight of clinical supervision, therapist practice standards, and evidence-based therapeutic care across Article 28, Article 31/MHOTRS, and integrated behavioral health settings, as applicable.</p>\n\n<p>The Director directly supervises Behavioral Health Supervisors and serves as the department&rsquo;s lead expert for clinical consultation, supervisory development, and complex case support. In close collaboration with behavioral health and interdisciplinary leadership, the Director helps ensure that therapy services are clinically sound, patient-centered, compliant with regulatory and documentation standards, and aligned with Callen-Lorde&rsquo;s mission and model of care.
