One great place to grow.</strong></p>\n<h2>Minimum Pay</h2>USD $18.00/Hr.\n<h2>Maximum Pay</h2>USD $21.00/Hr.\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision</li>\n <li>PTO</li>\n <li>Technology Allowance</li>\n <li>401K</li>\n <li>Short & Long Term Disability</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n <li>This position is Variable Full Time Hours and Projects can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, move, and replace steel racking/cantilevers. </li>\n <li>Assemble storage shelving, rack shelving, structural shelving, and steel shelving systems. </li>\n <li>Replace damaged racking components. </li>\n <li>Move products from old to new racking. </li>\n <li>Assist with other jobs when not preforming racking projects. </li>\n <li>We are looking for candidates that possess the following skills: </li>\n <li>Mechanically inclined/jack-of-all-trades, or experience with racking installation and demo. </li>\n <li>Skilled with hand tools, cordless power tools, and mechanical assembly tools for handling materials and fasteners. </li>\n <li>Able to confirm accuracy and job quality using established mechanical and safety standards. </li>\n <li>Able to (or willing/able to learn to) operate order pickers, forklifts, and scissor lifts. </li>\n <li>Comfortable climbing ladders and working 20 feet off the ground. </li>\n <li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation.</li>\n <li>Available to travel within your local state and surrounding states. </li>\n <li>Able to workdays, nights, and weekends as scheduled. </li>\n <li>Able to read diagrams (e.g., blueprints and RIGs). </li>\n <li>Ensure all safety policies are always followed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Important Information</h2>\n<p><strong>Who is BTR & Apollo? </strong></p>\n<p>We're on a mission to make retailers and brands look their best!
