    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>Culmen is seeking a Medical Analyst to support our mission in Lamdshuhl, Germany.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Medical Analyst provides scientific, administrative, and operational support for laboratory surveillance, medical reporting, research coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities. The position serves as a liaison between German and English-speaking partners and supports data analysis and program reporting.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do in Your New Role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collect, analyze, and interpret medical and laboratory data.</li>\n <li>Prepare technical reports, presentations, and briefings.</li>\n <li>Translate scientific and medical documents between German and English.</li>\n <li>Coordinate activities with host nation partners and military stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Support disease surveillance and epidemiological activities.</li>\n <li>Track program metrics and performance indicators.</li>\n <li>Maintain databases and reporting systems.</li>\n <li>Assist with research documentation and regulatory submissions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have at least an intermediate high school diploma</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience performing the administrative duties aligned with this position</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a background screening.</li>\n <li>Fluent in English and German</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Local Nationals residing in Germany</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About the Company</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
