Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to lead the planning, design, and delivery of essential infrastructure projects that support sustainable, high-performing communities. In this role, you will provide technical leadership in delivering water and wastewater solutions for municipal and public agency clients. From treatment plant upgrades to pipeline and pump station design, your work will have a direct impact on the reliability, efficiency, and long-term resilience of critical water infrastructure. You will also play a key role in mentoring staff, managing projects, and contributing to the growth and success of our water practice. This position can be based out of our office in Louisville, KY or Jeffersonville, IN. Providing leadership in the planning, design, and execution of major water/wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in utility infrastructure. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and client management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
