or  Master degree in Behavioral/Social Science field (counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation services, special education, early childhood education, secondary education, family and consumer sciences, criminal justice, or human growth development), (an academic program with a curriculum content in which the required courses for the major field of study are based upon the core mental health disciplines), and have a minimum of fifteen (15) hours of graduate level course work and /or practicum experience.  Anyone seeking to be licensed, we provide Supervision with a LPC as part of your hiring.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">General Responsibilities:                                                                                      </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\"> Rendering Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Crisis Intervention, and /or participate in quality management and staff training. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Provide Crisis Intervention services to recipients as needed according to agency policies, procedures, and service definitions guiding the provision of Crisis Intervention, crisis management, and follow-up.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Document services provided regularly, concisely, and completely in accordance with clinical standards by office deadline.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Serving as a team member for service planning and actively participate in team coordination and review in an effort to ensure cohesiveness in services rendered on the behalf of the agency for the population served.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Actively engaged in treatment of recipient.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Must effectively document services to clients are entered into Lauris Online within 24 hours from the time service was rendered.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Providing direct service to assigned recipients, which may include weekend or evening services.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Ability to compose and record progress notes in a timely fashion electronically </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Maintain the confidentiality of interactions with clients and colleagues.  Handle sensitive situations in a calm, professional manner </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Attend scheduled supervision, company meeting and staff trainings</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Review case referrals and share client information with Clinical Director/LMHP when cases are referred or assigned.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Responsible maintaining a caseload not to exceed 15 clients, the average being 10 clients for full time mental health professionals.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Responsible for assisting with ISRPs, implementing the treatment plan and monitoring the progress of each assigned client.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Able to provide telehealth mental health services.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">All other duties and responsibilities assigned for the health and well-being of the agency.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Pass TB screening </span></span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Pass drug screening test </span></span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\">Pass a motor vehicle screening</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino;
