          "text": "<p><span>Senior Financial Analyst<br /><span><br />Completes monthly general ledger closing and account reconciliations for all cost and inventory items<br />Coordinates and prepares monthly/quarterly financial packages for corporate and segment management<br />Prepares monthly operating budget deviation analyses for plant management and conducts meetings to review variances with plant supervisors.<br />Handles all Oracle OPM maintenance for production batch issues, standard cost updates, and inventory sub-ledger transactions.<br />Prepares, analyzes and distributes management reports related to inventory and production.<br />Monitors the application of production costs to inventories to ensure accuracy.<br />Manages execution of perpetual and physical inventories of WIP, finished goods, supplies and raw materials<br />Aids in the development of the annual business plan and operating budgets.<br />Supports internal and external audit requirements for inventory and cost<br />Reviews and updates Sarbanes-Oxley documentation for accuracy and completeness.<br />Prepares and/or reviews standard cost quotes for sales orders.<br />Calculates selling price variable indexed surcharge and maintains documentation.<br /><br />EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE<br /><br />BS/BA Degree; preferably in Accounting/Finance<br />5-8 years finance/accounting experience in a manufacturing environment<br /><br />JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES<br /><br />Working knowledge of Oracle ERP/OPM inventory and general ledger closing functions<br />Strong code of business ethics and personal integrity<br />Ability to maintain discretion, tact and poise to work with confidential company information<br />Knowledge of financial principles and practices<br />Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing<br />Ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize projects<br />Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance<br />Continual attention to detail<br />Independent judgement and decision making abilities<br />Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office products to organize and communicate<br />Strong analytical and problem solving skills</span><br /><strong><b><span>5+ to 7 years experience</span></b></strong><br /><br /><strong><b><br /></b></strong></span></p><p><span><span><br /></span></span><br /></p>",
