Distribution Center General Manager

Warehouse & Facilities Leadership Responsibilities Lead fulfillment, receiving, inventory, warehouse, and facilities operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution of our Brand Promise. Develop leaders, establish accountability, and create a culture focused on engagement, performance, safety, and continuous improvement. Oversee capacity planning, labor strategy, inventory accuracy, facilities maintenance, equipment reliability, and operational readiness. Utilize data, technology, and operational metrics to improve productivity, service levels, quality, and profitability. Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Finance, and Technology teams to align operational execution with business objectives. Drive strategic projects, process improvements, and infrastructure enhancements that support future growth and scalability.
